官方说：

1、删除/root/.ssh/known_hosts中的第1行

2、，在这种情况下，应使用-force选项。

使用pvecm add 192.168.15.33 -force

实际自己解决方式：

/etc/pve/priv/known_hosts

删除出错的集群的rsa秘钥,然后在web shell重新登陆就好了。
